DOVER - Cecelia C. Williams entered God's Kingdom on Wed., July 3, 2013 at the St. Francis Hospital in Wilmington, in the loving presence of her family, following a lengthy illness. She was born on Nov. 22, 1934 in New York City in Harlem Hospital to the Late Rauel Barboza and Lilla C. Williams. A viewing will be held from 10 a.m. to noon on Thursday, July 11, 2013 at the Power and Praise Church, 14 Clark Street, Harrington, DE 19952, services will start at noon. Burial will be held at Barratts Chapel Cemetery in Frederica, DE. Friends and family may send letters of Condolences via www.pippinfuneralhome.com.
