DOVER - Cartha M. Fleetwood of Dover passed away Thursday, June 30, 2011 at home. She was 91. She was born in Georgetown, Del., daughter of the late Harry P. and Olvia (Fischer) Fleetwood. She was an office worker for the U.S. Navy. She attended the Presbyterian Church in Dover and Georgetown. She enjoyed reading. She is survived by her sisters, Ruth Fleetwood and Myrtle M. Fleetwood both of Dover. Services and burial will be private. Arrangements handled by Berry-Short Funeral Home, Milford.
