DOVER - Carolyn L. Hutchison, age 63, of Dover, passed away on May 29, 2016. She was born May 20, 1953 in Massey, Md. She was preceded in death by her father, Raymond L. Hutchison, Sr.; her mother, Evelyn Wright; her brother, Dennis K. Hutchison; her niece, Melissa Perdue-Prekup; and her nephew, James Battles, Jr. She is survived by two sisters, Judith Perdue (Dennis) and Patricia Battles (James); three brothers, Raymond Hutchison, Jr. (Cheryl), Bryan Hutchison (Suzy) and Wayne Hutchison (Carol); and many beloved nieces, nephews, cousins and friends including Betty Miller who was her cousin and family caregiver. A viewing will held on Friday, June 3, 2016 at 1 p.m. in the Faries Funeral Chapel, located at 29 S. Main Street in Smyrna. Funeral services will begin at 2 p.m. Burial will follow in Massey Cemetery. Condolence letters may be sent by visiting www.fariesfuneralhome.com.
