Carol Todd, 58 BRIDGEVILLE - Carol Todd, passed away Tuesday, December 15, 2009, in the Delaware Home for Hospice, Milford. She was 58. She was born April 27, 1951 in Rochester, N.Y., the daughter of the late Alfred Ekstrand and Laurie May Sweetman Ekstrand. She graduated from Cambridge High School and later earned a certificate in Radiology from Penninsula Regional Medical Center. On June 19, 1951, she married Howard D. Todd. She enjoyed camping, candle making, crocheting and spending time with her family. She is survived by her husband, Howard D. Todd of Bridgeville; two children, Dale Todd and his wife, Amy of St. Michaels, Md.; a daughter, Jennifer Todd and her husband, Randall, of Moorefield, W.Va.; four grandchildren, Collin Stump, Chase Stump, Kyle Stump and Payton Stump, all of Moorefield, W.Va.; and two sisters, Laurie E. Ekstrand of Hyattsville, Md., and Susan Lundgren of Norfolk, Va. A memorial service will be 2 p.m. Saturday, December 19, 2009, at the Framptom Funeral Home. P.A., Federalsburg, Md. The family will receive friends one hour to the service. Expressions of sympathy may be made in her memory to the American Cancer Society by visiting www.cancer.org.
