Carol Ann Fitzgerald Robinson

Fitzgerald Robinson, 52 MILFORD - Carol Ann Fitzgerald Robinson passed away Tuesday, Aug. 14, 2012, at Milford Memorial Hospital. Carol was born in Milford, Del., the daughter of Lois (O'Neal) Fitzgerald Horton and the late Alvin Lee Fitzgerald. She was a homemaker, and was a member of Lincoln United Methodist Church. In addition to her father, she was preceded in death by her son, Kyle Fitzgerald Robinson. She is survived by her companion of 24 years, Thurman (Ben) Benson; four daughters, Dawnrae Carannante and her husband Antimo, Autum Bilgin and her husband Emre, Andrea Benson, and Melissa Benson; one son Bryan Benson; two sisters Kathy Steininger and her husband Dale and Donna Robertson; a brother Lee Fitzgerald; her stepmother Mary Ann Fitzgerald; a step-sister Tracy Jones; two half-sisters, Lillie Fitzgerald and Melissa Fitzgerald Ellis; and ten grandchildren. Friends may call on Sunday evening from 6 to 8 p.m. at the Lofland Funeral Home, 102 Lakeview Avenue, Milford. Friends may also call on Monday afternoon from 12 to 1 p.m. where funeral services will be held at 1 p.m. Burial will be in Milford Community Cemetery, Rt. 113, Milford.
