WEST CHESTER, PA - Carol A. Pavlikowski, died Monday, Oct. 13, 2008, in Chester County Hospital. She was the wife of the late Dr. Fred L. Pavlikowski Sr. Born in Pittsburgh, Pa., she was the daughter of the late I. Loyal and Hazel Dunham McCandless. Carol was a homemaker and lived at Bellingham in West Chester since May 2008, and was a member of SS. Peter & Paul Church, West Chester. In addition to her husband and parents, she was preceded in death by her son, Dr. Fred L. Pavlikowski Jr.; and grandson, Jeremy Scott Adams. She is survived by daughter, Linda P. Riofski and her husband Chris of Landenberg; daughter, Diane G. Pavlikowski and her partner Nanette of Yeadon; daughter, Leslie A. Maschauer and her husband Carl of Georgetown, Del.; son, Michael A. Pavlikowski of West Chester; grandchildren, Kristopher and his wife Mindy, and Nicole & Therese; stepmother, Lois Little McCandless of Port Richie, Fla. Relatives and friends are invited to her Funeral Mass, 11 a.m., Monday, October 20, 2008, SS. Peter & Paul Church, 1325 Boot Rd., West Chester. Visitation will be held 10 to 11 a.m. Monday, at the Church. Entombment St. Agnes Mausoleum.
