DOVER - Carlos Charles Morris, Jr. passed away, Saturday, November 5, 2022, at Kent General Hospital. Carlos was born September 24, 1962, in Dover, Delaware to the late Carlos Charles Morris, Sr. and Helen Ridgway Morris.
He graduated from Dover High School in 1980. After graduating he worked for George and Lynch, Tilcon, Brandywine Construction and lastly Corrado Construction. Carlos enjoyed hunting, fishing, vegetable gardening as well as Philadelphia Eagles and Phillies. He was a dedicated husband, father and to his work, had a good work ethic, he knew everyone, and everyone knew him. Carlos was a member of the Immanuel United Union Methodist Church, Cheswold.
Carlos is survived by his loving wife of 38 years, Connie Caldwell Morris of Dover; his, children, Carlos C. Morris, III and Marcus Alan Morris; brothers, Alfred and Craig Morris; sisters, Carla and Dawn Morris.
Funeral services will he held 12 p.m., Saturday, November 12, 2022, at Torbert Funeral Chapel South (Rt.10), Dover. Friends may call Friday evening, from 6-9 p.m. and Saturday morning from 11 a.m. - 12 p.m. Interment will be in the Immanuel Union United Church Cemetery.
The family would like to thank everyone from the emergency and ICU departments at Kent General Hospital for all their caring of Carlos and our family.
