Dover - Carl S. Ayrault, of Dover, passed away Monday, September 30, 2013, in Kent General Hospital, Dover. He was 83. Carl was born, July 14, 1930, in Olean, New York to the Late- Selden & Margaret (Frase) Ayrault. Carl had worked at Scott Paper, in Dover, for over 20 years, before retiring. He attended St. John's Lutheran Church, in Dover. In addition to his parents, Carl was preceded in death by his wife, Jean; a daughter, Patricia J. Darling; and brother-in-law, John Shults. Carl is survived by his daughter, Susan Graham, and her husband, Drew, of Hartly; four grandchildren, Heather D. Moore, of Easton, Md., Edward C. Darling. of Denton, Md., M. Evan Graham, of Clermont, Fla., and Stacy L. Mignano, of Huntington Beach, Calif.; 12 great-grandchildren; two sisters, Anne Shults, of Henderson, Md., and Margaret Helen Clarke, and her husband, Bill, of Dover; and a son-in-law, Edward Darling, of Denton, Md. Memorial Service will be 11am, Thursday, October 3, 2013, in Pippin Funeral Home, 119 West Camden-Wyoming Ave., Wyoming, Del.; where family and friends may gather from 10 a.m. to 11 a.m. Letters of condolences can be sent via www.pippinfuneralhome.com
