I agree with Terrell Williams’ Opinion for all the same reasons (“Delaware can lead way for congressional term limits”).
Senators should be limited to two six-year terms and representatives to six two-year terms. If they choose to run for these positions again, they have to sit out 12 years. Their salaries should be increased and their pensions decreased. Once they leave office, they should not be allowed to take jobs or sit on boards of companies and/or corporations they had dealings with in office.
Let them work in the real economy like everyone else.
