MILLSBORO - Bruce R. Shafer, of Millsboro, passed away Monday, September 8, 2014. He was 59. Mr. Shafer was born February 15, 1955 to the late Hiram D. Shafer and Eleanor T. (Shafer) Cordes. He is survived by his daughter, Theresa and Ignatius D'Anna from Glenmoore, Pa.; brother, David and Mary Lou Shafer of Marcus Hook, Pa.; brother, Larry and Brenda Shafer of Millsboro; two grandchildren; and longtime companion, Bonnie Crandell, who he lived with. Services will be held at the convenience of the family. Arrangements handled by Short Funeral Services, Milton.
