Brown: Woodard Onyekachi the right choice for Dover council

Posted

It is my honor and privilege to write this letter of recommendation for Shereen Woodard Onyekachi. As the pastor of Victory Christian Fellowship Dover, I have had the opportunity to witness Shereen’s unwavering commitment to her faith, her community and her leadership in service to others.

Shereen has been a dedicated member of Victory Christian Fellowship for 15 years, including the past three in our Dover branch. During this time, she has exemplified a heart for service, demonstrating true Christian leadership in both our church and the broader community. She has dedicated herself wholeheartedly to outreach efforts, particularly in ministering to the homeless population and distributing backpacks filled with necessities to those in need on the streets of Dover. Her compassion, humility and unwavering dedication have made a significant impact on the lives of many.

Beyond her outreach efforts, Shereen has been actively involved in numerous helping ministries within the church, consistently volunteering to serve wherever needed. Whether through organizing initiatives, supporting church programs or simply being a source of encouragement to others, she embodies the values of faith, love and service. Her genuine love for people is evident in all that she does, making her an invaluable part of our church family.

Shereen is not only a servant leader but also a person of integrity, wisdom and resilience. She leads with both conviction and compassion, always seeking ways to uplift and empower those around her. I have no doubt that she will continue to be a positive force for good in whatever role or endeavor she pursues.

I wholeheartedly endorse and recommend Shereen Woodard Onyekachi for Dover City Council. If you require any further information, please do not hesitate to contact me.
