CAMDEN - Brittany Lea Lane passed away, Sunday Sept. 13, 2015. Brittany was born Nov. 3, 1988 in Milford, Del. She graduated from Delaware Technical and Community College with an A.A.S. in Computer Information Systems and also attended Wilmington University. She was just one semester short of receiving her Bachelor's Degree in Game Design & Development. She worked for Del DOT as a Financial Technician for seven years. Brittany enjoyed video gaming, running, jewelry making, and other arts and crafts. She was an avid World of Warcraft warrior who made many online friends during epic fantasy battles. She loved animals and was a vegetarian. Brittany was preceded by her grandmother, Betty Strobel; great-grandmother, Sara Lynch; grandmother, Sharon Lane; great-grandmother, Rose Lane; and aunt, Lisa Shahan. She is survived by her mother, Sherrie and step-father Drew Cronshaw of Camden, Del.; father, Jeffrey Lane of San Jose, Calif.; step grandparents, Edward & Mary Cronshaw of Dover, Del.; aunts and uncles, Ray and Donna Hoy of Salisbury, Md., Kenny and Lisa Allison of Dover, Del., and John E. and Barbara Moore of Milford, Del. Funeral services will be held 11 a.m., Friday, Sept. 18, 2015 at Torbert Funeral Chapel South, 1145 E. Lebanon Road (Rt.10), Dover. Friends may call one hour prior. Interment will be in the Milford Community Cemetery, Milford.
