Bobby Ray Evans, 59 DOVER - Bobby Ray Evans, passed away on March 9, 2010, in Easton, Md. Born on Feb. 15, 1951, he was the son of Jimmy L. Clemons and Bertha L. Evans. Funeral services will be 3 p.m., Saturday, March 20, at the Bennie Smith Funeral Home, Dover, where friends may call one hour prior to the service. Interment will be 11 a.m., Monday, March 22, at Barratt's Chapel, Frederica. Letters of condolence may be sent, and guestbook may be signed at www.benniesmithfuneralhome.com.
