DOVER - Blanche Silverman passed away Monday Dec. 17, 2012 at the Delaware Hospice Center in Milford. Mrs. Silverman was born May 28, 1926 in New York, N.Y. to the late Paul and Anna Goldschlag. She was a travel agent, loved to sing and was devoted to her family. In addition to her parents she was preceded in death by her husband of 63 years, Irwin Silverman, on Dec. 6, 2012. She is survived by her daughter, Judy Forman and her husband Rusty of Westwood, N.J; son, Paul Silverman and his wife Linda of Dover; grandchildren, Amanda Trejbrowski and her husband Jeff of Flourtown, Pa., Jane Nelson and her husband Michael of Los Angeles, Calif, Laura Cooper and her husband Brian of Mechanicsville, Va., Andrew Silverman and his wife Carolyn of Dover; great-grandchildren, Rhett and Clay Trejbrowski and Mackenzie and Chase Cooper. Services will be private. In lieu of flowers the family suggests contributions be made to Delaware Hospice, 911 S. Dupont Highway, Dover, DE 19901.
