Beulah Mahalie Wilmer FEDERALSBURG - Beulah Mahalie Wilmer, of Federalsburg, passed away on March 14, 2010, at Peninsula Regional Medical Center Salisbury. She was 80. Funeral services will be 11 a.m., Saturday, March 20, Mt. Calvary UM Church, Preston, where friends may call two hours prior. Burial will be held at a later date.
