MILLSBORO - Bernice Powell Talley, 86, of Millsboro passed away at the Delaware Hospice Center in Milford on Friday, April 1, 2011. She is survived by her son, Lewis C. Talley and his wife Dawn; her sister, Jane Snyder and her husband Robert; two grandchildren, C.J. Talley, and Colin Talley. Also surviving her are two sisters-in-law, June Powell and Ruth Powell; and extended family and friends. A Memorial Service will be held on Wednesday, April 6, at 11 a.m. at St. Mark's Episcopal Church in Millsboro, with the Rev. David Archibald officiating. Interment will be at 10 a.m. on Thursday, April 7 at the Delaware Veteran's Memorial Cemetery in Millsboro, with Military Honors.
