Beatrice N. (Ziegenfuss) Hill, 84
MILLSBORO - Beatrice N. (Ziegenfuss) Hill, of Millsboro, passed away Saturday, June 14, 2008, in Renaissance Healthcare, Millsboro. She was 84.
Mrs. Hill was born July 7, 1923, in Pennsburg, Pa., daughter of the late Norman and Viola (Fegley) Ziegenfuss.
She met and married her late husband in Pennsylvania. Together they moved to Georgetown some 60 years ago.
Mrs. Hill worked at the Rintz Five & Dime in Georgetown for many years, retiring at age 60.
She enjoyed sewing and cooking.
Mrs. Hill was a wonderful wife, mother and grandmother who was loved dearly and will be missed by many.
In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Joseph Hill; her son, Melvin Hill; and her daughter, Josephine Holt.
She is survived by her son-in-law, Gilbert Holt Sr.; her daughter-in-law, Kathy Hill; six grandchildren; and several great-grandchildren.
A private memorial service will be held in her honor.
Arrangements are being handled by Parsell Funeral Homes & Crematorium, Lewes.
