Barbara A. Masterman, 66 MAGNOLIA - Barbara A. Masterman, 66, of Magnolia, passed away May 3, 2010, in the Delaware Hospice Center, Milford. She was born on July 21, 1943, in Salisbury, Md. Barbara had worked as an assistant manager for human services. She enjoyed sewing and gardening. She is survived by her husband, David Masterman; children, James Smith of Cocoa, Fla., Angel Woods of Dover, and Athena Keesser of Felton; brothers, Curtis Towers, and Donald Towers, both of Florida; a sister, Lois Cooper of Virginia; and seven grandchildren.
