Arthur Paul McHale Sr., 79 HARBESON - Arthur Paul McHale Sr. passed away on Friday May 7, 2010, at his home, surrounded by his loving family. He was 79. Mr. McHale was born the son of the late James J. and Margaret (Rorick) McHale. He worked for AT&T as a Systems Tester for 40 years. Mr. McHale served his country During the Korean War on the USS Columbus. Mr. McHale moved to Harbeson from Roslyn, Pa., in 1993. He was an avid golfer, enjoyed yard work, taking care of his family, watching sports and loved to tell a good joke. Mr. McHale is survived by his loving wife of 52 years, Ursula (Heinz) McHale; six children, Arthur P. McHale Jr. of Colorado, Daniel J. McHale of PA, Elizabeth F. Leffler of FL, Raymond R. McHale of FL., Susan C. Oman of PA, and Brian J. McHale of PA; three brothers, George, James and Jack McHale; 19 grandchildren and four great- grandchildren. Funeral Services will be 11 a.m., Wednesday, May 12, 2010, in the chapel of Short Funeral Services, 416 Federal Street, Milton, where friends may call after 10 a.m. Flowers are accepted or contributions can be made to the Delaware Hospice Center, 100 Patriots Way, Milford, DE 19963.
