Mr. Arseneau was employed with the Civil Service at the Dover Air Force Base as their roads and grounds supervisor until retirement. Mr. Arseneau was a member of the Milford Senior Center, the Frederica Senior Center, the Blue Hen VFW Post #6483 in Milford and the American Legion. He attended the Freedom Baptist Church of Frederica. In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his wife, Barbara Ann Arseneau in 1991; a brother, Robert Arseneau; and a sister, Lorraine Fern. He is survived by two sons and a daughter-in-law, Edgar J. A memorial service will be held at 11 a.m. on Tues. June 7, 2011, at the Freedom Baptist Church, 201 S. Market St, Frederica, where friends may greet the family after 10:30 a.m. Friends are invited to a reception at the church immediately following the service. Burial will be held privately.
