Sabres score 4 3rd-period goals to beat the Bruins 4-3 in playoff opener

City had just taken the lead through Rayan Cherki in its much-anticipated Premier League title-race showdown with Arsenal when Donnarumma received a back pass from Matheus Nunes. He took a touch but dallied on the ball and his hurried clearance was charged down into the net by Kai Havertz. City fought back to win 2-1 and swing the title race in its favor. City knew it was getting possibly the world’s best shot-stopper in signing Donnarumma. The problem with the Italy international, however, was his frailties with the ball at his feet. Donnarumma atoned for his mistake on Sunday with a crucial save against Havertz in the second half.
