DOVER - Anthony Tyrone Mosley, of Dover passed away on September 1, 2014 at Milford Memorial Hospital. Born April 6, 1965 he was the son of James L. Mosley Sr. and Mary Ann Mosley. He was 49. Funeral services will be 2 p.m., Saturday, September 13, 2014 at Bennie Smith Funeral Home, 717 west Division Street, Dover, with a one hour viewing prior to the service.
