Annie Ruth Phillips, 74 LAUREL - Annie Ruth Phillips, age 74, of Laurel, departed this life on Nov. 20, 2009. She was born on Nov. 28, 1935, in Lewes, to the late Sarah Hines Phillips and Henry Phillips. The viewing will be from noon to 2 p.m., Saturday, Nov. 28, with the funeral service following at 2 p.m. at Calvary Pentecostal Church, 113 North Worcester Highway, Bishopville. Interment will be at Calvary Pentecostal Cemetery in Bishopville, Md. Arrangements are being handled by Bennie Smith Funeral Home, Millsboro.
