Andrew Fullman, 91 DOVER - Andrew Fullman, 91, of Dover, passed away April 13, 2010, in Kent General Hospital, Dover. He was born on Feb. 15, 1919, in Camden, son of the late William and Martha (Pinkett) Fullman. Andrew served his country proudly in the U.S. Army during WWII. He worked as a truck driver for the City of Dover. Andrew enjoyed gardening, shooting pool and playing bingo. He was a member of the VFW, and Meals on Wheel volunteer until his failing health. Andrew is survived by a daughter, Linda White of Dover; granddaughter, Latoya Romeus and her husband Jean; great-granddaughter, Jayla Romeus, all of Magnolia; two sisters, Marie Montgomery of Dover, and Nancy Tait of Springfield, Mass.; two sisters-in-law, Reba Fullman of Dover, and Mary Goodman of Amelia, Va.; a brother-in-law, Charles Morris of Dover; and a host of nephews, nieces, cousins, friends and church family members. Services will be 11 a.m., Saturday, April 17, at the Whatcoat United Methodist Church, 341 Saulsbury Rd., Dover, where friends may call two hours earlier. Burial will follow in Whatcoat Cemetery, Dover. In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations to the church. Letters of condolences can be sent via www.pippinfuneralhome.com.
