Amber was born Oct. 11, 1989, in Dover. She was a 2007 graduate of Milford High School. She was a cheerleader and a member of the FFA and will be remembered as an excellent student. Amber was adventurous and enjoyed life. Amber is survived by her mother, Tammy Meredith and her husband Jeff of Milford; her father, John Alan Mell of Ithaca, N.Y.; two brothers, Joey Prouse of home and Dustin Gondeck of Smyrna; a sister, Shelby Meredith of home; maternal grandparents, Roger and Rhonda Martin of Felton; paternal grandfather, John A.
