LAUREL - Alvin McCray, age 53 of Laurel, Del., passed away on Wednesday, April 18, 2012 at Nanticoke Memorial Hospital in Seaford surrounded by family and friends. She is survived by her brothers, Charles (Edna) and Alford (Sherita) McCray; sisters, Barbara McCray and Jennie (Marvin) Hall; sister-in-law, Patricia McCray; and a devoted friend of many years, Sara Sturgis; as well as a host of relatives and friends. Funeral will be 1 p.m., Wednesday, April 25, 2012 at St. John's 2nd Baptist Church, Millsboro, Del. Friends may call from 11 a.m. to 1 p.m. at the church. Interment in St. Johns Church Cemetery, Millsboro, DE.
