Albert 'Bud' Comegys Jr., 90 HARTLY - Albert "Bud" Comegys Jr., 90, of Hartly, passed away Sunday, April 25, 2010, at Christiana Medical Center, Wilmington. He was born on Aug. 30, 1919, in Hartly, to the late Albert and Edith Scuse Comegys Sr. He was a member of Eastern Shore Fox Hunters Assoc., Calvary United Methodist Church in Marydel, Willow Run Ruritan Club, Agway Board, Trustee at Thomas Chapel, Century Farm and other organizations. "Bud" was a farmer and dairy farmer all his life, and an avid fox hunter. He enjoyed hunting, fishing, crabbing and his dairy farm. He was preceded in death by his sister, Mary Rash in March 2010. He is survived by his wife of 60 years, Inez "Sally" Paxton Comegys of Hartly; sons, John Comegys of Hartly, Rodney Comegys of Hartly, Richard C. and wife Lisa Comegys of Hartly, and Sandy and wife Carylon Comegys of Dover; daughter and her husband, Susan and Donald Eaton of Alabama; brother and his wife, Wilbert "Doc" and Dorothy Comegys of Dover; grandchildren, Cathy and husband Michael Seeright, Eric and wife Julie Comegys, Kevin Comegys, Brandon Comegys, Juliana Comegys, and Kyle Comegys; and great-grandchildren, Eric Comegys Jr., Jacquelynn Rose Comegys, James Seeright, and Jennifer Seeright. Remembrance Services will be 11 a.m., Friday, April 30, at Trader Funeral Home, Dover. Burial will be at the Odd Fellows Cemetery, Camden. Friends may call from 6 to 8 p.m., Thursday, April 29, at the funeral home. The family requests that memorial contributions be given to Marydel Calvary Methodist Church c/o Carolyn Thomas, 896 Sandy Bend Road, Marydel, DE 19964; and/or Delaware Hospice, 911 Lotus Plaza, Dover, DE 19901.
