SEAFORD - Agnes J. Duncan died suddenly on Thursday, Sept. 15, 2016 near Seaford. "Aggie" was born Jan. 9, 1965 in Pennsylvania and lived there until she moved to Seaford to live with her brother, Ray Kissinger and his family, in 2007. Aggie was employed at Arby's and Walmart. She also volunteered at Genesis Nursing & Rehabilitation Center in Seaford She is survived by her son, Matthew Duncan; brother, Ray Kissinger; sister, Edna Perez; and brother, JR Duncan; and many nieces and nephews. She is preceded in death by her mother, Rose Windowmaker; father, Walter Jacob Duncan; and one brother, Herman Duncan. Aggie's special caregivers were Ray Kissinger; sister-in-law, Wendy Prettyman; Ray's father, Fredrick Kissinger; niece, Brittany Kissinger; and nephews, Daniel and Joshua Kissinger. There will be a viewing Saturday, Sept. 24 at 11 a.m. with the Celebration of Life services beginning at noon at Central Worship Center, 14545 Sycamore Drive, Laurel, DE 19956 with Pastor Tim Dukes officiating.
