SALISBURY — The Maryland Community College Promise Scholarship provides eligible students with up to $5,000 to cover remaining tuition and mandatory fee expenses after applying financial aid. Learn about the scholarship and how to qualify in a free information session on Tuesday, March 5, at 6 p.m., in Guerrieri Hall at Wor-Wic Community College on the corner of Route 50 and Walston Switch Road in Salisbury.
There is no age limit, and full-time, part-time, credit and non-credit students may qualify. Prospective students, as well as their parents or guardians, are welcome to attend to learn more about eligibility, requirements and the process of filling out the free application for Federal Student Aid (FAFSA).
