CORDOVA - Vicki Lynn Boyer Ellis, 41, died at her home on Monday, Sept. 24, 2007.

Born Aug. 12, 1966, in Washington, she was the daughter of Robert Allen Boyer and stepmother Faye of Laurel, Md., and Sandra Hoyle Thomas and stepfather Kenny of Edgewater. After graduating from South River High School in 1984 she worked for the U.S. Department of Agriculture and then the U.S. Naval Academy, where she remained until January 2007.

She was a member of Wye Mills UM Church at Wye Mills.

Mrs. Ellis is survived by her husband, Robin L. Ellis, whom she married June 12, 1997; two daughters, Dawn and Heather of Cordova; a stepdaughter, Michelle Lednum and her husband, Dennis of East New Market; one brother, Robert A. Boyer Jr. of Odenton and a granddaughter, Maddison Lednum.

Funeral services will be held at 11 a.m. Monday at St. Mark"s United Methodist Church in Easton. Burial will be at Woodlawn Memorial Park in Easton.

Friends may call on Sunday from 2 to 4 p.m. and 6 to 8 p.m. at Fellows, Helfenbein

and Newnam Funeral Home, PA, in Easton.

Donations in her memory may be made to Talbot Hospice Foundation, 586 Cynwood Drive, Easton, MD 21601.
