SALISBURY - Vicki Cottman Rogers, 58, of Salisbury died Wednesday, Feb. 21, 2007, at her home in Salisbury.

Born in Salisbury, she was a daughter of Margaret Ross Cottman Beauchamp and the late Walter Lee Cottman.

She was employed as county clerk for the District Court of Maryland in Princess Anne for 35 years. Vicki was a 1966 graduate of Washington High School in Princess Anne. She loved to fish and was an avid runner and cyclist.

In addition to her mother, she is survived by her husband, James L. Rogers of Salisbury; a sister, Rebecca Benton of Salisbury; a brother, Harry James "Jimmy" Cottman and his wife, Cathy Cottman, of Princess Anne; two sons, Norman Bromley Jr. and Jeff Bromley, both of Princess Anne; three stepdaughters, Anne Dixon Lapp of Hawaii and Isabelle Rogers and Cameron Rogers, both of Easton; and four grandchildren, Taylor Marie Bromley, Chad Bromley, Jeff Bromley Jr. and Morgan Lapp.

A brother, Charles Benjamin Cottman, died Oct. 21, 1984.

A funeral service was held Saturday at 2 p.m. at Hinman Funeral Home in Princess Anne, where friends called from noon to 2 p.m. The Rev. William Horner officiated. Interment was in Beechwood Cemetery in Princess Anne.
