Bramble-Elzey, 59 Federalsburg - V. Carol Bramble-Elzey passed away peacefully Saturday, Jan. 23, 2016 at Coastal Hospice at the Lake, Salisbury. Her loving husband and daughters never left her side. A funeral service was held Monday, Feb. 1, 2016 at The First Church of God in Federalsburg, with Pastor Stanford Bernard Ricks officiating. The family received friends the hour prior to the service at the church. Interment followed at Concord Cemetery, Denton, MD. Arrangements entrusted to Newcomb and Collins Funeral Home, P.A.
