SALISBURY, Md. — TidalHealth has honored four team members as Fourth Quarter 2021 Employees of the Quarter.

Donna Webster

Donna Webster, with purchasing, is the TidalHealth Peninsula Regional Fourth Quarter 2021 Employee of the Quarter for administrative and support services.
Friends say Ms. Webster provides exceptional service to everyone, including those who work with and around her, external vendors and her internal customers from throughout the health system. As purchasing’s “go-to” person, she’s constantly ready to stop what she’s doing to assist others and is instrumental in mentoring new employees to the department.

Amy McIntyre

Amy McIntyre, with information services, is the TidalHealth Peninsula Regional Fourth Quarter 2021 Employee of the Quarter for professional services.
Ms. McIntyre is an electronic medical record analyst. Much of what she builds and maintains isn’t front and center on a regular basis, but as one of only two analysts steadily working to keep the hundreds of cancer treatment plans and protocols up to date, her work is essential for TidalHealth providers to have access to the most current patient care and planning information in Salisbury, Ocean Pines and Seaford, Delaware.

Amanda Russo

Amanda Russo, with patient care unit 5 South, is one of the TidalHealth Peninsula Regional Fourth Quarter 2021 Employees of the Quarter for nursing services.

Perhaps there’s no greater compliment to have said of you than, “You are the nurse that I wish I could be,” and that is exactly how Amanda’s nominator described her. Known for being compassionate, caring and an incredibly unselfish person and nurse, Ms. Russo is always willing to help any member of the 5 South team with any task.

She is known for taking time from her busy schedule to create time to just sit and talk with patients who need a friendly voice and a smiling face.

Robin Forrest

Robin Forrest, with same-day surgery, is one of the TidalHealth Peninsula Regional Fourth Quarter 2021 Employees of the Quarter for nursing services.
Ms. Forrest works in pre-admission testing and is one of the unsung “behind the scenes” heroes who ensures that patients are optimized and ready for surgery.

She is an advocate for her patients and very thorough in her pre-op phone calls. She listens, which is key, and does what she can to alleviate all concerns. If there’s something a doctor needs to know about his or her patient before surgery, Ms. Forrest makes sure they have that information.
