FRUITLAND - Terri L. Williams died on Saturday, Oct. 15, 2016, at her home surrounded by family. Born in Salisbury, she was the daughter of the late Calvin and Joan Morrow Humphreys. For many years she operated her own day-care, Kisses & Cuddles Day Care. She is survived by her husband, Dale Williams, of Fruitland; a daughter, Jennifer L. Oliphant; a son, Spencer K. Williams; two grandchildren; a sister, Tammi H. Wells; and many nieces, nephews. A memorial service was held on Wednesday, Oct. 19, 2016, at Holloway Funeral Home in Salisbury.
