Suzanne S. Jefferson

Easton, Md. - Suzanne S. Jefferson, 86, passed away on December 1, 2017 at her home in Easton, Md.
Born on Jun. 12, 1931 in Maryland, she was the daughter of the late Ray W. Sheets and Elizabeth Robbins Sheets.
She was raised in Cambridge and graduated from Cambridge High School. Suzanne married Edwin R. Jefferson, Jr. and was employed with the Talbot Bank, retiring after 45 years of service
She is survived by her son, Mike Granger and his wife Kate of Laurel, Del.; grandchildren, Demi Granger, Luke Granger, Logan Granger, Ashley Ward and Bradley Hughes; several nieces and nephews; and a dear friend and caregiver, Sandy Durham. In addition to her parents and husband, she was preceded in death by sisters, Dulcie Linthicum Thamert and Doris Rue; and brothers, Raymond Sheets and Harold Sheets.
A visitation was held from 6 to 8 pm on Wednesday, December 6, 2017, and will be held from 12 p.m. until the time of the service on Thursday, December 7, 2017 at 1 p.m. at the Fellows, Helfenbein & Newnam Funeral Home, 200 S. Harrison St., Easton, MD 21601. Interment will be in Oxford Cemetery, Oxford, Md.
