SALISBURY - Susie Amelia Furbush Farlow, 96, of Salisbury, died Wednesday, Dec. 31, 2014, at Berlin Nursing Home. Born Feb. 22, 1918, in Wetipquin, she was the daughter of the late John W. Furbush and Carrie Ann Majors Furbush. She was a member of the Old School Baptist Church in Salisbury/ Forest Grove and was a lifetime member of the Farm Bureau. She is survived by two sons, Richard L. Farlow of Pittsville and Phillip George Farlow of Willards; five nieces and a nephew. She was preceded in death by her husband of 59 years, George Richard Farlow; two sisters, and six brothers. A graveside funeral service was held Tuesday, Jan. 6, 2015 at Parsons Cemetery. Elder E. M. Robbins officiated. Arrangements were in care of Bounds Funeral Home in Salisbury.
