SALISBURY - Shirley Ann Bivans Tull Cook died Fri., Mar. 13, 2015, at Aurora Senior Living of Manokin in Princess Anne. Born in Salisbury, she was the daughter of the late Albert Holland and Irma F. Bivans Hird Robinson. She was also preceded in death by her husband, Robert Cook Sr. She was a member of Asbury United Methodist Church in Nanticoke. Prior to retiring, she was a laborer at Coldwater Seafood Co. in Cambridge.She was also a foster grandparent at SHORE UP! Inc. In addition to her parents and husband, she was also preceded in death by two sisters, Arvella Corbin and Barbara Adams, one brother, Ingram N. Hird; and two grandsons. She is survived by three daughters, Wanda L. Jones Rideout of Salisbury, Shirley Ann Smith and Gladys Pixley, both of Lexington Park; four stepsons, Winston Cook Sr., Aaron Cook Sr., Robert Cook Jr., all of Salisbury, and Joseph Holman of Nanticoke; four sisters, Helen Bivans, Stephanie Hird, both of Salisbury, Irma Hird of Baltimore, and Cherry Waters of Jesterville; one aunt, Alice Mack of Salisbury; eight grandchildren; three great-grandchildren; two great-great grandchildren; several nieces, nephews and cousins. A memorial service was held Sat., Mar. 21, 2015, at Lewis N. Watson Funeral Home in Salisbury. Disposition will be private.
