SALISBURY - Shelby Joy Rusokoff died Monday, Jan. 8, 2018, at Coastal Hospice At The Lake in Salisbury. Born in Dunmore, W.Va., she was a daughter of the late Forrest C. Griffin and Anna M. Lowe Griffin. She worked as a Home Health Nurse then went on to a career as a pediatric nurse in Salisbury. She was a member of Faye's Dinner Group of Salisbury. She is survived by her husband of over 30 years, John Victor Rusokoff; a daughter, Cornelia Gray Richardson of Hollister, N.C.; a son, Eli Don Blagg Jr. of York, Pa.; four grandchildren; nine great-grandchildren; and several nieces and nephews. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by sisters, Mabel Rexrode and Susie Griffin; brothers, Jack Everett, Jim Griffin and Dick Griffin; and two grandchildren. A funeral service was held Thursday, Jan. 11, 2018, at Short Funeral Home in Delmar. Interment was at Resurrection Cemetery in Clinton, Md.
