Brown Wise, 90 NORFOLK, Va. - Sarah Lutisah Brown Wise, 90, passed away February 28, 2014. In Norfolk at home surrounded by her family. She was the daughter of the late Kinsey and Blanch Brown. She leaves to cherish her memories her daughter, Blanch Wise of Norfolk, Va.; and two sons, Joseph (Buster) Wise of Washington D.C. and Dudley Wise of New York City, N.Y.; sister in law, Catherine Brown; cousin, Elenora Brown; niece, Alona Collins of Crisfield; and a host of family and friends. Funeral services were held March 8, 2014 at St. John's A.M.E. Church on Bute Street in Norfolk, Va.
