BALTIMORE - Ruth Loretta Phillips, 73, formerly of Cambridge, passed away on Thursday, Jan. 24, 2008 at the Joseph Richey Hospice Center in Baltimore.

She was the wife of the late Leroy T. Phillips.

A funeral service will be held at 11 a.m. on Tuesday at the Thomas Funeral Home in Cambridge with the Pastor David Talley officiating. Burial will follow at East New Market Cemetery. The family will receive friends on Monday from 7 to 9 p.m.

Memorial contributions may be made to the St. Agnes Hospice Fund, 3421 Benson Ave., Suite G-100, Baltimore, MD. 21227.
