WOOLFORD - Ruth L. Willey, 79, passed away on Friday, Sept. 28, 2007, at her home. She was the wife of Joseph Byrd Willey.

Funeral services will be held at 1 p.m. Tuesday, at Thomas Funeral Home, with a visitation Monday from 7-9 p.m.

Memorial contributions may be made to Coastal Hospice Foundation, P.O. Box 1733, Salisbury, MD 21802.

Arrangements are in the care of the Thomas Funeral Home, P.A. in Cambridge.
