Rosalie A. Dykes, 93
SALISBURY - Rosalie Anna Jones Dykes died Monday, Jan. 25, 2021, at Chesapeake Cottage Assisted Living in Snow Hill. Born in Salisbury, she was the daughter of the late Marion B. and Virgie Davis Jones.
She graduated from Wicomico High School in 1945 and was employed by Beneficial Finance Co. for 37 years.
She is survived by her brother-in-law, Alex R. Dykes; three nieces, Ann Dykes McGee, Teresa Dykes Derrickson and Carolyn Lewis German; a nephew, Mark Lewis; and a stepbrother, C. Warfield Adams. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, George Louis Dykes; and a stepsister, Brenda Stout.
A private family graveside service will be held at Wicomico Memorial Park in Salisbury.
Arrangements are in the care of Holloway Funeral Home in Salisbury.
