Robin L. Parks

SALISBURY - Robin L. Parks, of Salisbury and formerly of Crisfield, died on Wednesday, Aug. 2, 2017, at Coastal Hospice at the Lake.
Born in Crisfield Jul. 23, 1962, she was the daughter of Dawn Payne Laird of Crisfield and the late John Laird. She was a correctional officer at the Eastern Correctional Institution in Westover.
Surviving besides her mother are two daughters, Kristan Wheatley (Lewis) of Princess Anne, and Amber Handy (Tristan) of New Church, Va.; one brother, Roger Laird of Crisfield; one sister, Tricia Esley (Chuck) of Crisfield; five grandchildren, Haley Wondrash, Brandon Wheatley, Brody Wheatley, Brayden Parks, and Bailey Handy; a special friend, Tom McCready; and special caregivers, Angela Cherrix and Jennifer Konopik.
Besides her father she was preceded in death by a brother, Tommy Laird.
Memorial services were held on Saturday, Aug. 5, 2017, at 1 p.m. at the Bradshaw and Sons Funeral Home where friends called one hour prior to the services. The Rev. Lebron Palmer officiated.
