HURLOCK - Phillip Lee Robbins Jr., 53, passed away Tuesday, Aug. 21, 2007, at Dorchester General Hospital in Cambridge.

He was born Aug. 10, 1954, in Robbins, son of the late Phillip Lee Robbins Sr. and Emma Jean Morgan Robbins.

For many years he worked for Brooks Barrel Co. and then later at Coldwater Seafood. At the time of his death, he worked as a steam cook at Suicide Bridge Restaurant.

Mr. Robbins is survived by one son, Ronald Wayne Robbins of Hurlock; two sisters, Thelma Robbins Truitt of Ash, N.C., and Donna Sue Robbins Collins of Exmore, Va.; one nephew; two nieces; two great-nieces and one great-nephew.

Besides his parents, he was preceded in death by his wife, Frances Louise Robbins who died on Aug. 26, 1999.

A memorial service will be held at 11 a.m. Monday at the Zeller Funeral Home in East New Market.
