OCEAN CITY - Patricia Oakley Stephens died Sunday, Jan. 24, 2021, after a 10-year battle with Alzheimer's Disease. Born in Salisbury, her parents were the late George Willard and Barbara Oakley.
She lived for many years in Hebron, until she retired and moved to Ocean City in 1986. She graduated from Wicomico High School in 1959 and worked for the state of Maryland in Social Services until her retirement.
She was survived by her son, Robert Stephens Jr. of Salisbury; two grandchildren; brothers, Henry Oakley and George W. Oakley Jr., both of Salisbury; a sister, Kathy Durkee of Chestertown; and several nieces and nephews. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Robert Stephens Sr; and her son, George Stephens.
Arrangements are in the care of Holloway Funeral Home in Salisbury.
