SALISBURY - Martha Rose Chandler died Sunday, Dec. 25, 2016, at the Peninsula Regional Medical Center in Salisbury. Born in Chester, Pa., she was the daughter of the late William and Ruth Conrad Myers. She was a member of Providence Presbyterian Church in Salisbury. Prior to moving to Salisbury, she was an active member at the Marcus Hook Baptist Church in Linwood, Pa. She is survived by her two daughters, Linda Jane Burns, of Salisbury and Cathy Ann Schlecker, of Rising Sun; a son, Robert Raymond Chandler Jr., of Wilmington, Del.; six grandchildren; six great-grandchildren; a brother, William Myers, of West Grove, Pa.; and a sister, Ruth Martin, of Albuquerque, N.M. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Robert Raymond Chandler, Sr.; and a brother, Herbert Myers. A funeral service was held Thursday, Dec. 29, 2016, at Holloway Funeral Home in Salisbury Burial was at the Philadelphia Memorial Park in Frazier, Pa.
