TRAPPE - Maurice William Michael Wyatt of Trappe, passed away Tuesday, Feb. 1, 2011 surrounded by his family and friends. Born September 26, 1959, he was the son of the late Owen Truman Wyatt and Triffinia Pritchett Wyatt. Michael was employed with Matthews Amusements for over 20 years and later became co-owner of M&M Amusements. He was a member of the Cambridge Country Club, BPOE Lodge #1622 in Easton, and Sons of the American Legion. He was a life member of Trappe Volunteer Fire Company where he served as Captain, First Lieutenant, Engineer and Trustee. He was an avid hunter and golfer. Michael is survived by his loving wife of 25 years, Sharri Milligan Wyatt; daughter, Allyson Michelle Wyatt, who he referred to as "Big Al"; sister. Shelda Fitzhugh; and loving family members, Daryl and Jean Weaver, Tammi, Ryan and Conor Satchell, Randy Satchell, Jeffrey and Chloe Milligan, Holly Anderson, Cyndi Milligan, Chris Baker, Billy Fitzhugh, Jeff, Amy, Hunter and Victoria Fitzhugh, and Duane Fitzhugh. He was preceded in death by his son, Allen Michael Wyatt. Friends may call at the Fellows, Helfenbein & Newnam Funeral Home, P.A. in Easton on Tuesday, Feb. 8, 2011 from 6:00 -8:00 p.m. A funeral service will be held at 11:00 a.m. on Wednesday, Feb. 9, 2011 at St. Mark's United Methodist Church. Burial will follow at White Marsh Cemetery (Hole in the Wall) in Trappe, with Jeffrey Milligan, Pete Kennedy, Steve Price, Marvin Price, Mike Marshall and Randy Satchell serving as pall bearers.
