WINGATE - Julia Etta Dean Mills, 80, died Tuesday, Oct. 23, 2007, at Mallard Bay Care Center, Cambridge.

Surviving is her husband, Ralph Vignuelle Mills of Wingate; a son, Ralph Anthony Mills of Georgetown, Del., and a sister, Carey Pricilla Andrews of Cambridge.

Funeral arrangements, which are incomplete at this time, are being handled by Curran-Bromwell Funeral Home, P.A.
