MARION STATION - John Hilton Causey, Jr., 88, formerly of Pocomoke City, died Saturday, June 23, 2007, at McCready Memorial Hospital in Crisfield.
Born in Pocomoke City on Nov. 20, 1918, he was the only child of the late John Hilton Sr. and Lillie Hill Causey.
He enjoyed playing the guitar and banjo, cards and chess. He also loved to dress up in his suit and favorite hat.
He is survived by his cousins, Jane Savington and her husband Howard of Easton, Florann Klusener of Fresno, Calif., Dorothy Hill Nagel of Salisbury, and Welton Hill of Pocomoke City; several other relatives; and his special family at Somerset Community Services in Marion Station.
Funeral services were held Monday at Bradshaw & Sons Funeral Home in Crisfield. The Rev. David Parke officiated. Burial followed in Bethany Methodist Cemetery in Pocomoke City. Memorial contributions may be sent to Somerset Community Services, P. O. Box 18, Marion Station, Maryland 21838.
Arrangements were in the care of Bradshaw & Sons Funeral Home in Crisfield.
