SALISBURY - James "Jimmy" Leven Elliott, Jr., died Monday, Apr. 3, 2017, at Coastal Hospice At The Lake. Born in Crisfield, he was the son of Janice Faye Kelley Elliott, of Pocomoke City and the late James L. Elliott, Sr.
A longtime member of AFL-CIO Meat Cutters Union, he worked as a meat cutter and manager for several grocery stores, including, A&P, Super Fresh and the Delmar Food Lion.
In addition to his mother, he is survived by his wife of 27 years, Margaret Ann Booth Elliott; two children, James L Elliott, III and Jessica L. Elliott, both of Hebron; a sister, Vickie Annis, of Oak Hall, Va; and several nieces and nephews.
A funeral service was held on Saturday, Apr. 8, 2017, at the Holloway Funeral Home in Salisbury. Interment followed at the Downing Cemetery in Oak Hall, Va.
